重病患或者身體十分虛弱時,飲用現打果汁或者奶昔,容易吸收同時補充營養與體力。

奇異果香蕉奶昔

奇異果香蕉奶昔材料:
* 4 顆奇異果,去皮之後切成小塊
* 2 根中型大小的香蕉,切成小塊
* 4 個綠茶茶包
* 1 1/2 杯煮滾的豆漿
* 1 湯匙蜂蜜


做法:
奇異果香蕉放進冷凍庫冰凍約三十分鐘,在這時候把茶包放進裝滿煮滾的豆漿中,三分鐘後將茶包拿出。倒入蜂蜜攪拌後,放置一旁待涼。
將冷凍過的奇異果香蕉放進果汁機,倒入加了蜂蜜的綠茶,一同攪打,即可飲用。
